    Bare AAAC

The All Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC) is an electrical conductor commonly used in overhead power transmission and distribution systems. It is made entirely of aluminum alloy, known for its superior corrosion resistance, strong mechanical properties, and excellent electrical conductivity. Our AAAC conductors are manufactured according to BS, ASTM, DIN, IEC, CAN, NFC, AS-NZS, BS EN, and GOST standards.

AAAC conductors are composed of high-strength aluminum alloy, typically 6201 aluminum, which offers both strength and conductivity. Although not as conductive as pure aluminum (AAC), AAAC provides good electrical conductivity suitable for various transmission and distribution applications. The aluminum alloy used in AAAC conductors has higher tensile strength than pure aluminum, making it ideal for longer spans and higher tension applications. The alloy's excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion makes AAAC well-suited for harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, the lower density of aluminum alloy results in a lightweight conductor that is easier to handle and install compared to heavier conductors like ACSR.

AAAC is widely used in high-voltage power transmission lines where high strength and good conductivity are essential. It is also commonly used in medium and low-voltage distribution networks, balancing strength and conductivity effectively. The conductor’s excellent corrosion resistance makes it ideal for coastal regions and industrial areas with high corrosion potential. Additionally, its lightweight nature benefits urban and rural electrification projects, simplifying installation.
