Bare AACSR

Bare AACSR (Aluminum Alloy Conductor Aluminum Reinforced) is a high-performance conductor designed for overhead power transmission lines. It combines the high conductivity of aluminum with the added mechanical strength of aluminum alloy, making it suitable for demanding transmission and distribution applications.

AACSR conductors feature a composite concentric-lay stranded design where the core is made of aluminum alloy strands that provide strength and durability. Surrounding this core are multiple layers of aluminum 1350-H19 wire, which enhance the conductor's electrical conductivity.
