These products are designed to connect measuring, control, and regulation devices safely, efficiently, and free from high-frequency interference. Our complete range of cables ensures reliability, safety, and compliance with international standards.

Our control cables are engineered with high conductivity to ensure efficient power transmission. They are well-insulated to prevent electrical hazards and are available in various sizes and types to suit different applications. Each product complies with international standards for safety and performance, guaranteeing their quality and dependability.

Control cables are versatile and suitable for various applications across multiple industries. In equipment cables, they are used in conveyors, assembly lines, and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They are ideal for connecting measuring, checking, and control equipment, providing precise and reliable performance. In the chemical industries, control cables are essential for land-based operations in the oil, gas, petroleum, and chemical sectors, offering robust and dependable connectivity in harsh environments.

Construction

● Conductor: Typically made from high-quality copper, aluminum, or aluminum alloy, providing excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. The choice of material ensures efficient power transmission and durability.
● Insulation:  The conductors are insulated with materials such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene), and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen). These materials ensure electrical safety and long-term durability, offering protection against electrical hazards and environmental factors.
Sheathing: The outer sheath of the cable uses materials such as PVC or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) to provide mechanical protection. LSZH sheathing enhances safety in case of fire by minimizing the emission of smoke and toxic fumes.
Armoring: For applications requiring additional mechanical protection, some control cables may include steel wire armoring (SWA) or a copper wire braided screen. This armoring provides enhanced durability and resistance to physical damage, ensuring the cables perform reliably in demanding environments.

Standard

IEC60502-1

1. Title: Power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltages from 1 kV(Um = 1,2 kV) UP TO 30 kV (Um = 36 kV),Part 1: Cables for rated voltages of 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3,6 kV).
2. Scope: This part of IEC 60502, issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), specifies the construction, dimensions and test requirements of power cables with extruded solid insulation for rated AC voltages of 1 kV (Um= 1,2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3,6 kV) for fixed installations such as distribution networks or industrial installations.

ASTM B800

1. Title: ASTM B800 - 05(R2021) Standard Specification for 8000 Series Aluminum Alloy Wire for Electrical Purposes-Annealed and Intermediate Tempers.
2. Scope: ASTM B800-05(R2021) is the American Society for Testing and Materials, covering 8000 series aluminum alloys fabricated into round wires in annealed or intermediate tempers suitable for stranding into conductors or for solid single conductors, usually to be insulated.

ASTM B836

1. Title: ASTM B836 - 00(R2021) Standard Specification for Compact Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors using Single Input Wire Construction.
2. Scope: ASTM B836-00(R2021) is the American Society for Testing and Materials, covering aluminum/single input wire(SIW) stranded conductors made from round or shaped wires for use in covered or insulated electrical wires or cables. These conductors shall be composed of one or more roller or die compacted layers of helically applied wires.
